Capello: No issues with training base

Over the next fortnight, Fabio Capello will head to Poland to select England's European Championship base still insisting he got it right in South Africa.
Although the training facilities in Rustenburg were first class, with the team hotel part of the same site, England's players were completely cut off.
Football Association chairman David Bernstein has already said he wants England to engage more with the public next summer, when it is anticipated they will stay in a city centre location, expected to be in Krakow.
But in comparing the criticisms he received to those being heaped on England's failed rugby World Cup squad, Capello believes the only way to silence the doubters is to win.

Obama dances, celebrates Diwali in India

Michelle donned a black-and-white sheath, a pink cardigan and black kitten heels -- let's call them her dancing shoes, because, yes, there was more dancing involved today. MUMBAI, India — President Barack Obama showed off his dance skills — or lack thereof, depending on your view — at a celebration of Diwali, the festival of lights, Sunday morning. The president was lured to the dance floor by a group of students at a school in Mumbai, where he and first lady Michelle Obama were treated to a performance in an auditorium adorned with strings of lights, candles and fresh flower garlands. The students, dressed in Indian folk costumes in vibrant shades of orange, green, blue and pink, performed a choreographed dance for the first couple, some with baskets on their heads, before they were joined by their audience. It didn't take much effort to get the first lady, whose dancing at a classroom the day before was a big hit among the India media, to her feet. The president was a more reluctant participant. "Notice they didn't ask me," he joked, likely relieved. But eventually he was dragged onto the dance floor, an image that will forever exist in video.
