Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko is full of confidence ahead of his side's trip to play Bayern Munich in the Champions League on Tuesday.

Bayern currently lead Group A after beating Villarreal 2-0 in their opening match, while City and Napoli are on one point apiece after playing out a 1-1 draw in Manchester.

But despite the Bundesliga outfit's impressive start to their European campaign, Dzeko, who has played against Bayern before during his time with Wolfsburg, believes City have nothing to fear.

"They [Bayern] have a home game and are the favourites," Dzeko told Kicker. "However, I do not think Bayern are stronger than us.

US flood tragedy death toll rises

At least 16 people were killed when floodwater tore through a campsite in Arkansas, US officials have said.

The flood also washed away records of who was there, making the daunting search for dozens missing in heavily wooded forest even more difficult as anguished families waited for word of their loved ones.

Rescue crews planned to resume their search this morning in the Ouachita National Forest, where heavy rain caused the normally quiet Caddo and Little Missouri rivers to burst their banks. The search was expected to take several more days - and perhaps even weeks.

Bayer Leverkusen director of sport admits Bayern Munich are "in a class of their own" in after becoming the latest side to be beaten by Jupp Heynckes' team.

A 3-0 win at the Allianz Arena was Bayern's sixth win in a row in the league, and Leverkusen's director of sport Rudi Voller said there is simply no stopping the Bavarians.

"You could see clearly today that we played an opponent we simply had no chance against," he told Sky television.

"Bayern are simply in a class of their own"

Instead, Leverkusen must now focus on repeating their second-place finish from last season, and Voller believes that is still a realistic target.

Justice. That's a word not normally associated with Arizona. With Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his military tank still on the loose, this will not be changing anytime soon. In Arizona, Arpaio is colorful, but he is actually the least of them.

Just recently, Sen. John McCain decided to blame "illegal aliens" for the state's forest fire outbreaks. Aided and abetted by the media, the senator's irresponsible accusations, after touring the 500,000-acre Wallow fire, set off a contagion of wind-aided hate and fear. This month, two cousins were arrested for setting that fire. They were not aliens of any kind. The senator has issued no retractions.

This is the climate we live in. But it is actually worse. The borderlands are killing fields. That is not accidental or hyperbole, but U.S. policy since the 1990s. It is a policy that has resulted in thousands of deaths; migrants are intentionally funneled to the most dangerous deserts, mountains and rivers. Not just in Arizona, but the full expanse of the border.

Rebel Forces And Nato Jets Batter Stronghold Of Sirte, But Gaddafi's Son Leads Belligerent Defence -- Scotsman

REBEL forces pulled back from the Libyan city of Sirte to allow Nato jets to pound loyalist positions, a day after heavy fighting raged in the city centre.

An opposition source said the western alliance had identified artillery and rocket positions among units loyal to Colonel Muammar al-Gaddafi and wanted rebel units out of the way to allow air strikes to go in.

On Saturday, some of the most intense fighting of the war raged as rebel units battered their way into the city to link up with civilians trapped in the central First District.
